Где вы увидели неприятность?
При загрузке initrd перемещается в каталог /initrd - чтобы вы
могли посмотреть содержимое. Если каталога нет - перемещение не
удаётся, память освобождается. Ничем не грозит.
Остальным бы ваши "траблы"...
