Есть ADSL коннект. Переодически падает. Если написать service adsl
restart - все нормально. Какой службой можно его поднимать автоматически.

Если Вы используете rp-pppoe, то попробуйте указать в /etc/ppp/pppoe.conf
RETRY_ON_FAILURE=yes. Возможно поможет.
