А конкретно в этом случае в чем снижается функциональность?
или какие неправильные действия программа выполняет?
или что не может понять человек, не знающий английского?
На мой взгляд на такие мелочи можно пока особо не обращать
внимания, т.к. существует достаточно более серьезных проблем :)
