Похоже, что shadow/tcb не так переехали, как надо.
Накого у нас уже давно не случалось.
Первое, что надо проверить, это NSS.
Работает ли
getent shadow fmfm
из под root?

Это по той же причине - похоже на проблемы с правами по пути к
файлу /etc/tcb/fmfm/shadow

Нет, это tcb(5).

Для ALM2.0 такая специфика есть на 1-ом диске ALM2.2
