Поменяйте на AT&F1(заводские настройки для аппаратного контроля потока)-
kppp->Настройка->Модем->Cтрока инициализации 0.
По команде ATZ вся статистика сбрасывается, поэтому по ati6i11 везде и нули.
Cтатистику по ati6i11 снимайте после 1-2 минут работы в интернете.
P.S. У меня есть небольшой файл по настройкам и командам
модема, могу выслать(~12kb).
