Вам. Тип модема Вы так и не назвали (имени фирмы не достаточно).
Какой коммуникационной программой Вы пользуетесь?
Номер 2330426 я протестировал с помощью своего тщательно
отлаженного модема IDC-5614BXL/VR V.90. Качество этой модемной
серии Comstar я оцениваю, как отвратительное. Но на 33600 V.34
мне удалось соединиться, правда, не с первого раза. Так что не
удивляйтесь. Чуть лучше серии 7374727 - 34667 V.90 и 9562288 -
36000 V.90. На линиях 231, 232 и 233, мне кажется, стоят модемы
V.34. Вот такой Comstar. Не ожидал.
