Доброе время суток!
OS ALT Linux Master 2.2
Аппаратный модем - USR Robotics.
Под Windows скорось была не ниже 32 кб./с., а под Linux только 14 кб./с.
Скорость соединения выставлена : 115200(ставил и 57600).
Помогите разобраться с этой проблемой.

Доброе время суток!
Дмитрий, если найдется строка инициализации (правильная), то напиши какая... please... У меня в Windows строка инициализации в настройках модема пустая :(
С модемом -- та же проблема, но только с карточками rol

Попробуйте wvdial, он, кажется, даёт строку инициализации (в линукс)
