Меняет. Если не делать регулярно dist-upgrade, а тянуть "точечно", то
нестабильность Сизифа ощущается в полной мере через какое-то время.
Гораздо лучше и безопаснее вытянуть SRPM и пересобрать его в своем
окружении.
