В офисе должен быть квалифицированый админ, который это сделает. Да и
вряд ли в офисе вообще будут пользоваться этим фронт-эндом, при наличии
квалифицированного админа, опять же.
А вот дома мне сложно представить ситуацию, когда нужно запрещать что-то
домашним. Кто захочет, тот запретит, в конце концов...
Хотя, может, лишний раз построить домашнего пользователя и правильнее ;)
