Значит так.
Запускаем текстовый редактор.
$ sudo vim /etc/wwwoffle.conf
Ищем
/ip
Что видим?
Видим
bind-ipv4 = 127.0.0.1
Меняем на
bind-ipv4 = 192.168.219.1
sudo service wwwoffle restart
Работает?
Допустим, не работет.
Меняем на
bind-ipv4 = 0.0.0.0
sudo service wwwoffle restart
Работает?
