Вообще-то они сами должны разнестись - второе устройство должно
появиться на ttyUSB1. Но номера зафиксировать не получится - при
подключении нового устройства занимается первый свободный номер.
Текущее назначение номеров можно найти в /proc/tty/driver/usb-serial.
