Главный недостаток(по крайней мере был) - acl выставляются на каждый файл,что
есть хлопотно.

Обратите внимание еще на третий и четвертый варианты:
3. trustees.sf.net - ACL по подобию Novell Netware.Под мастером 2.0 ставил -
работает .Требуется пересборка ядра.Очень простой файл конфигурации.Не
зависит от типа ФС.
4. rsbac. Самый навороченный вариант.
