Можно, особенно в версии 1.1.4.13, там для этого просто
ссылки делаются: g -> ~/dosemu/old_d, w -> ~/dosemu/old_f
и т.п.
Но этой версии ещё нет в Сизифе =).
Какая у Вас версия dosemu?
