в данном случае ваша поправка это всего лишь объединение отдельных
правил на чтение и запись в одно, с этим я и сам разобрался
меня интересуют только правила доступа для адресов или диапазонов
адресов, т.к то что написано на proftpd.org мне ничего не дало, может
неправильно воспринял
