Тот каталог из которого вы запускаете(или каталог выше) надо
указать в конфиге вайна как диск! Посмотрите ~/.wine/config и я
думаю найдёт просветление!:)

Просто папка в которой лежит тот файл, который Вы запускаете должна быть
прописана в конфиге wine'а как диск или лежать в папке которая прописана
как диск. О чем вам и говорит wine.
