Вот буквально после нового года (не китайского :) ) поучаствовал
в процессе подключения одного местного игрового клуба к
интернету.
У них используется пакет Locker (http://pisoft.ru/). Там есть
тарификация и по времени, и по траффику, и еще черт знает по
чему. Пользуясь рекомендациями, что там есть на сайте в
"Полезняшках", достаточно просто состыковал с шлюзом на ALM2.0
