Hi all!
Может кто-нибудь знает как при установлении коннекта с провайдером
(диалап) заставлять PSI входить в сеть автоматически.
Или хотя бы умирать при разъединении...

Вот лажа как раз в том, что оно не срабатывает.
хотя killall -9 psi помогло...

kill - нормальное завершение процесса. Если процесс завис - не
помогает.
kill -s 9 PID - жесткое завершение процесса. Работает всегда
(если процесс с указанным PID существует). Попробуй убедиться послав
init'у kill -s 9 от рута ;)
Еще может пригодиться killall.
