Увы, не помню, в чём было дело. Это LyX не вызывает tetex
повторно, чтобы обновить содержание. Но сейчас рабочая версия
LyX 1.2.3, и LyX 1.3.0 на носу (бета), и такой явной баги с
оглавлением я давно не видел... Ну потерпите до нового
дистрибутива, просто открывайте LyX заново.
