Прилагаю и сам документ, а также PS и DVI из нег полученные в которых
виден этот глюк (оглавление там пустое).

Да с содержанием... Я не очень навороченные документы пытаюсь сделать.
Просто текст, разбитый на главы и разделы etc... А содержание при
просмотре DVI(PS) то есть, то нет.... В консоли ничего не ругается...
Даже не знаю за что хватать эту багу (если дело в lyx или tex...)
