Это же WIN modem. Из коробки не работает во всем что не Windows.
Путь 1 - сложный но бесплатный - www.linmodems.org. Особенности пути - с
частью модемов бесполезно
Путь 2 - простой но денежный. Купить нормальный (не_Win) USR или Зухель.
Цена вопроса - от 50 USD.
