В 2.[24].*-alt они наблюдаются, насколько мне известно.

В первый раз это меня порадовало, когда Spring 2001 на
"проблемной" с точки зрения vanilla linux-2.2.x (x < 19 afair)
и тогда еще довольно новой via82c686a взлетел :-)
