А зачем? Если такую общую базу воткнуть сквиду - будет что-то
страшное. Это всё учитывая то, что 60% этой базы будет совершенно
бесполезна для каждой конкретной конторы, ибо специфика. А файл
с плохими урлами надо делать как можно меньше, тогда и сквиду
легче будет. Другое дело, что можно собрать коллекцию "масок" для
резки баннеров, как то:
/banner/
/adv/
и т.д. и т.п. Несколько таких несложных масок - и половина (как
минимум) баннеров пропадает навсегда
