Подскажите, есть ли в линухе сервис, позволяющий восстанавливать удаленные
файлы? Аналог корзины (WIndows), undelete (Dos?), salvage (Netware) и т.д.

Аналог корзины (WIndows) - можно настроить в mc или KDE (по крайней
мере, иконка такая есть)
undelete (Dos?) - читайте Undeletion-HOWTO
salvage (Netware) - были намерения в linux-community сделать что-то
такое для самбы и для всей системы в виде патча к ядру, но как-то не
прижилось, и в стабильном варианте не существует. STFW на предмет идей.
