Андрей, ссылка расположена на первой странице сайта.
По крайней мере в тот момент, когда я это пишу.
Если есть сложности, можно пользоваться возможностями по сбору ссылок
со страницы современными броузерами. (В Mozilla 1.2+ достаточно зайти на
altlinux.ru и нажать две клавиши - 'b' и 'u').
