Разумеется, решит. Именно так я и делаю на практике, когда
приходится. Но вопрос, собственно, в том и состоял: не знает ли
кто-нибудь способа запустить приложение (или подмонтировать
файловую систему) в таком режиме, чтобы делать этого не
приходилось? Преобразование имени файла, по идее, должно при
создании этого файла происходить, исходя из сведений о кодировке
имён в файловой системе и о текущей локали системы и/или
пользователя. Соответственно, хотелось бы временно так поменять
эти настройки, чтобы искомая конвертация делалась автоматически.
