Обалдеть. Вообще P133/64 -- вполне десктопная машинка, если
отполировать.

Это может быть да. Только скорее тормозным, а не udma33.
И без readahead / multcount
(/usr/share/doc/initscripts*/sysconfig, /etc/sysconfig/hard*)

А ему помогает вешаться по nice, энтузиасты могут подумать, как
бы его запихать под batch.
У меня на p133/96 оно примерно так и жило, только не батче, а с
оберткой в виде проверялки загрузки и последнего запуска, которая
запускалась раза четыре в день и когда-то да отрабатывала, пока
меня не было. :)
