Еще нет. Грабли, впрочем, уже нанесены.

jre рекомендуют 1.4.1 (не пробовал).
kernel -- или 2.4.18-linus (в смысле vanilla kernel), или из RH,
или свежее сизифовое (рекомендую дождаться 2.4.20-alt1,
если не сильно горит -- иначе 2.4.20-adv-какое-есть)
glibc -- крайне желательно добить glibc-core-i686, но на сейчас
это доступно или сизифовым бинарником (=>dist-upgrade),
или пересборкой сизифового src.rpm (не пробовал).
Есть еще одно заклинание:
echo 0 > /proc/sys/vm/heap-stack-gap
Детали -- ищите на search.altlinux.ru по словам
java SegFaultTest glibc-core-i686 -- также рекомендую пройтись по
сегодняшнему (25.12) архиву sisyphus at altlinux.ru по слову
"java" в subject. Тж. см. в http://bugs.altlinux.ru баги на
пакетах kernel и glibc.
Если есть некоторое время на эксперименты или сервер не уходит
сразу в жесткий production и есть трафик -- посоветовал бы
осизифить, сейчас все достаточно стабильно. Если есть время до
конца праздников (IMHO) -- дождитесь 2.4.20-alt1.
