См. README.multi в документации к cdrtools. Не надо писать
мультисессионные диски (да и обычные не советую) только
с Joliet, если не хочется иметь проблем под Линуксом.

Это не глюки, это ублюдочность Joliet.

Можно получить проблемы и в винде с мультисессионными
дисками, если писать их под разными программами. На Joliet
не стоит надеяться -- делайте обязательно Rock Ridge.
