Hello Community,
Установил ASP 7.3 Delux 2.4.18-5
звука нет, sndconfig карту находит AC97 (i815)
codec AD82801BA, в тесте звук даже не произносится???
Характерно, что в RH7.3 2.4.18-3 всё работает без проблем!!!
Такая же ситуация с ASP была при использовании 7.2 2.4.11(забыл уже)
в RH7.2 2.4.9-13 всё чики-поки!!!

Попробуйте запустить aumix.
Но по части ASP Вам здесь едва ли помогут.

Попробуйте запустить alsamixer и подвигать уровень HeadPhone

Что-то мне подсказывает, что проблема связана с kudzu. Разубедите
меня.
Не далее как вчера читал сообщение что-то типа "unable load
module snd-intel8x0". После минутного офигения и заглядывания в
каталог модулей было проделано следующее:

#alias snd-intel8x0 ac97
alias snd-intel8x0 i810_audio
alias sound-slot-0 snd-intel8x0
alias sound-slot-1 snd-intel8x0
alias sound-service-0-0 snd-intel8x0

</file>
Звук появился несмотря на попытки перемещать коментарий в первых
строках.
