А, ну может быть. Я, вообще-то, понадеялся на имеющийся
hotplug и ничего больше не делал. Т.е. выставил в /etc/sysconfig/usb
USB=yes
STORAGE=yes
И сделал service usb restart. Теперь при включении (втыкании)
видеокамеры можно подмонтировать её флэш-карту как
/dev/sda1.
