Пока не существует свободных качественных векторных шрифтов.
Если хотите изменения ситуации, вам нужно посодействовать их
появлению.
А пока скачайте пакет
ftp://ftp.altlinux.ru/pub/distributions/ALTLinux/Sisyphus/files/i586/RPMS.non-free/ms-ttf-1.0-alt5.noarch.rpm
и установите.
