1. Не начинайте новое обсуждение нажатием кнопки "ответить".
2. А вы не пробовали всё же один раз сохранить сессию (когда все
окна закрыты), чтобы она запомнила нужное вам состояние? :)
3. Я бы поискал в ~/.kde название надоедающей вам программы.
