А у меня до сих пор dx2-66 с 8 мегами на 6 интерфейсов пашет.
И вообще, я заметил, что eternet сам по себе не напрягает проц.
Хотя это и понятно, ведь за него сама сетевуха разбирается.
Загрузка проца почти полностью зависит от правил фильтрации.
Ну, или если асинхронный интерфейс поднять - тогда вообще труба.
