У галеона есть функция My portal: открыв окно (или док) с
букмарками, можно клацнуть по любому каталогу (а, да -- папке ;)
и сказать "Open in My Portal" -- и будет так.
А вот такого -- не видел; но если Вам под скачивание, то, может,
поможет фича X-Downloader (Find links in file)?
Дальнейшие соображения -- поход на bookmarklets.com и/или
фич-реквест...
