По-моему, соственно GPL clip arts Вы найдёте только по
последней ссылке.
Вы не совсем внимательно прочитали моё письмо. Я не
говорил, что есть тонны GPLed clip arts. Я как раз сказал, что
есть возможность найти сотни картинок бесплатно, с более
менее свободной лицензией.
Именно по этой причине профессионалы их собирают путём
покупки (есть как чисто коммерческие наборы, так и разные
сидюки "free of rights"), скачивания там и сям, а также
воровстра. А дальше в зависимости от клиента и ожидаемой
распространённости созданного документа.
Как Вы понимаете, лицензионная чистота документа,
создаваемого для IBM Russia, будет проверяться двадцать
раз, в то время как плакетка мэрии Крыжополиса обойдётся
первым понравившимся клипартом.
Именно по этой причине и невозможно сделать clip art gallery в
рамках ОО сборки ALTLinux. Надо проверять чистоту каждой
картинки.
С другой стороны, со временем можно запустить такой проект
как в рамках openoffice.org, так и отдельно.
