По-моему, очень понятно. В соответствии с законом Мура производительность
процессоров удваивается каждые полтора года. Чтобы сохранить время выполнения
программы, требуется увеличить количество выполняемых инструкций.
Поэтому программы всегда увеличиваются в объёмах :)
