Нет, не было.
Вот содержимое ifcfg-eth0:0
IPADDR=x.x.x.x
NETMASK=255.255.255.240
NETWORKS=x.x.x.128
BROADCAST=x.x.x.143
ONBOOT=yes <- добавил
После 'service network restart' все встало на свои места.
