просто поставить самбу.
если в сети стояли только win2k серверы и клиенты - потребуется переустановка клиентов.
они должны работать в mixed режиме (по умолчанию он такой и есть).
это режим включается при выборе в сетапе опции работы с серверами _не_ только win2k.
