Если я правильно понял, идет речь о Corel Photopaint. При
инсталляции не устанавливаются rpmки с инициализационными
скриптами для своего сервера шрифтов. При использовании
графической инсталляшки ошибок при этом не рапортуется.
Решение: найти эти rpmки и выдрать оттуда файлы руками,
через rpm -ihv не получится - они конфликтуют с initscripts.
После чего запустить этот сервер шрифтов вручную.
Хинт: забить на Photopaint, как на:
а) более не поддерживающийся;
б) жутко тормозной (идет из-под своего wine) - виндовый из-под
vmware идет быстрее;
в) конфликтующий с дистрибутивом (ну зачем ему свой сервер
шрифтов?!);
г) менее удобный, чем GIMP.
