приличное я видел только по ангийски и соответственно там.
не думаю, что они будут как то напрягаться по поводу неанглоязычных пользователей.
там я видел даже сводки о вкладе той или иной фирмы в свободные драйвера для своей продукции и передачу документации для того же.
пару раз видел шаблон письма. последнее припоминаемое, это какой то коммерческий набор драйверов для печати.
