а смысл работать для всех?
имеется в виду не сама база (тут кашу маслом...), а возможности и удобство для пользователя?
информация вообще и программы , как и документация уже есть и лежит в бешенных количествах.
вопрос в том, что бы появился действительно удобный хоть для кого то ресурс.
либо настолько хороший, что несмотря на гимор, им интересно было бы пользоваться (вряд ли это возможно).
