Ага. Пока не сделано до конца драгэндроп лучше вообще вырубить. Кстати даргэндроп в любую другую папку приводит к таким же последствиям...

Никак не могу отловить при каких условиях это происходит. Но в целом все выглядит примерно так. После перезагрузки мэйлера пишем новое письмо, открываем адресную книгу, щелкаем на адресе - открывается окно свойств записи. Лезем в настройки - галочка на опции стоит. После перещелкивания галки все работает снова.
Было такое уже раза три...
