Посмотреть в каком режиме функциорнирует свитч/хаб. Взять дискету, сделать её бутовой для dos
и на неё записать утилиту 3c90xcfg.exe с driver disk's для сетевухи. Забутится с флопа, запустить утилиту
и выставить соответсвующие параметры. (10/100 MBS, full/half duplex)
