Названия окон можно узнать при помощи xprop
Можно ли убрать titlebar - не знаю. Вижу опцию dTitleBar с возможными значениями 0 и 1. Возможно - она.

Смысле? Наличие клипбоарда, кажется, не есть свойство WM.
Не работает клипбоард в какой-то конкретной программе?
