Subject: [mdk-re] SMP ядро 2.4.18-alt1 не поддерживает SCSI RAID ?

Добрый день.
Есть сервер IBM с платой IBM Serverraid. На сервере - 4 Gb RAM.
Поэтому включена поддержка больших обьемов памяти. Ядро
2.2.18-ipl5mdk-smp грузится нормально - но хочется большего
(нормальной работы с большим обьемом памяти.). 2.4.10-smp - тоже
грузится - но видит только 896мег памяти даже если указываешь append
"mem=4096M" (здесь могут быть любые значения больше 896мег).
2.4.18-alt1-smp - не грузится совсем с руганью на aic7xxx, ips,
scsi_mod, sd_mod... (module tained by kernel - что-то вроде
этого...) Собирал также свое ядро из alt1-2.4.18.src - та же самая
ругань. Что делать ? Очень нужно ядро 2.4 ...
