А как пытаетесь обращаться? Через /dev/hd? - и не должно работать, для
пишущих приводов используется ide-scsi. Т.е. если в параметрах ядра
прописано hd?=ide-scsi, ищите привод на /dev/scd0. Модуль ide-cd в такой
конфигурации вообще использоваться не будет.
