Это ne2k-pci.
Кстати, из разряда "не может быть": на одной машине (мать ABIT BX133-RAID,
PIII-533) карта на этом чипе наглухо вешала машину не позже чем через
минуту ping -f. Перестало виснуть после смены делителя частоты для PCI в
настройках BIOS с 1/4 на 1/3 - т.е. вместо стандартных 33МГц на PCI
получилось все 44. Уже год как так работает. Фантастика, да и только.
