С месяц-два назад эта тема обсуждалась -- может, по слову RIAA
(или Secure Audio CD, не помню) чего и найдете. Вкратце --
отдельные #$$$ сознательно порют диски так, чтобы "дубовые"
CDDA-плейеры их съедали, а вот слишком умные CD-ROM -- нет.
Технически эту проблему, скорее всего, не решите -- поэтому более
эффективным будет привозможности вернуть диск продавцу с
громкими, доносящимися до покупателей криками "это что за брак вы
за такие деньги продаете"....
