Про STLport не скажу, но вот библиотека STL (стандартная
библиотека шаблонов) действительно СТАНДАРТНАЯ. Она входит в
стандарт C++, т.о. должна полностью поддерживаться всеми
компиляторами C++ на всех платформах.
