Есть domain1.ru, domain2.ru на одном ip-адресе.
Как мне их прописать в named?
2 зоны это понятно.
А как быть с реверс-зоной?

Реверс-зона для одного адреса? Увольте, этим провайдер
должен заниматься. Естественно, много имён на один IP-адрес в
reverse DNS не напишешь: что их, по round robin раздавать, что ли? :)
То, что дал вам провайдер, сгодится.
